Das Frühstück im Restaurant war schmackhaft. Die Conicierge (Uli) war zudem äußerst hilfsbereit beim Zimmertausch.

Das anfangs gebuchte Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht wie die auf den Bildern ausgesehen. Desweiteren war das Zimmer recht klein, viel zu laut (man konntr alles hören). Den „Balkon“ konnte man zudem nicht nutzen, weil er von außen einsehbar war und dadurch jegliche Privatspähre verloren geht. Der Rezeptionist wirkte äußerst desinteressiert an seinem Beruf und war nicht gerade höflich (wie man es für ein 4-Sterne Hotel und zu diesen Preisen erwarten würde).

✅ The staff was truly excellent – always polite, friendly, and responsive to our needs. Evi at breakfast was especially kind and helpful, and the restaurant team was equally professional and courteous. ✅ Great location – close enough to the city for easy access, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. ✅ The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a small private pool. ✅ Free sunbeds on the beach were very convenient and much appreciated. ✅ The underground parking was a big plus – even included an EV charger. ✅ The room was spotless, with daily cleaning and attention to detail.

❌ The “private” pool is in fact directly connected to the shared pool area, so we often had strangers swimming right in front of our balcony. This took away the sense of privacy and didn’t justify the extra cost for the pool. ❌ The pool area had an annoying music loop playing the same rhythm all day long – very repetitive and not relaxing at all. It made us avoid sitting on the balcony. ❌ The hotel spa was mediocre – the staff lacked proper training and experience, which made for a rather underwhelming session. ❌ The sea in front of the hotel was often rough and not very clean, making it difficult to enjoy swimming.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel. The property is new, and the rooms feel fresh and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the baby cot felt brand new — a detail we truly appreciated as a traveling family. We stayed in a family room, which fully met our needs. The two levels, two bathrooms, and a separate closing bedroom provided the perfect setup for both rest and privacy. However, in the downstairs bedroom, the bathroom design lacked a bit of privacy. The shower and toilet were separated by sliding mat doors, while the sink area was open to the bedroom without a door. Additionally, all lights in the bathroom areas (shower, sink, toilet) were controlled by one switch, which meant that using the restroom at night could disturb someone sleeping nearby. It took us a little while to figure out the air conditioning system, but once we did, it worked perfectly. One small inconvenience was the blinking blue light from the fire alarm in the bedroom, which was slightly distracting at night — though we got used to it after a couple of days. Breakfast was à la carte and absolutely delicious — but what truly made our mornings special was the staff. Huge thanks to Eva and Giorgios at the restaurant. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth created the best possible impression of our stay. They truly went above and beyond and are a credit to the hotel. Room cleaning was offered daily, and we appreciated being able to coordinate it around our baby’s nap schedule — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but the staff — especially in the restaurant — made our visit truly memorable.

-A bit of lack of privacy in the downstair bedroom’s bathroom. -A blinking fire alarm’s signal might be disturbing at night -We found the instructions for the AC in the wardrobe the second day, it would be great to read it through at the beginning of the stay to avoid the confusion on how it works.

Moderne Apartments direkt am Meer. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Check-in ist im Hotel Pearl Beach vis à vis. Herzliche Begrüssung bei der Ankunft wo einem nicht nur mit dem Gepäck sondern auch beim Parkieren des Autos geholfen wird. Toller Service! Pool Anlage im Hotel Pearl Beach kann mitbenutzt werden. Ebenso sind die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand inbegriffen. 3 kleinere Pools auch direkt beim Hotel, mit Sitzsäcken im Wasser. Entspannung pur! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück à la carte. Dieses ist inbegriffen und man kann frei aus der Karte auswählen und soviel bestellen wie man will (Brote, Müsli, Früchte, Eierspeisen, frisch gepresster Orangensaft und vieles mehr). Das ganze Personal ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Evi, die Restaurantchefin für herausragenden herzlichen Service jeden Tag.
