Le lieu, le calme, la qualité, la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. L’arrêt du petit chemin de fer à côté de l’hôtel (pour excursion dans les alpages, lac de Chavonnes). Qualité du room service, gentillesse de Laura pour le service petit déjeuner en chambre. Gentillesse et prévenance d’Ali lors du dîner le samedi soir.

Difficile de ne pas aimer quoique ce soit. Petit bémol : l’espace extérieur au spa / piscine est limité et les quelques transats matelas pris d’assaut, dommage quand il fait grand soleil et vu que l’espace intérieur près du bassin intérieur est assez bruyant.

An absolutely outstanding stay at the Chalet Royalp Hotel! From the warm welcome to the relaxing spa and the beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable Junior Suite, everything was simply perfect. The breakfast fully met the standards of this type of establishment, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and caring throughout our stay. Truly a flawless experience — we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful location in the mountains, spacious rooms, the hotel with multiple facilities such as great spa and beautiful cosy design overall.

One small comment is that it would be nice to have hair conditioner in the showers in the spa.
