Der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter war hervorragend. Das Hotel strahlt ein sehr niveauvolles Ambiente aus und macht den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss.

Alles sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist einfach wunderschön und alles super sauber. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind geräumig (auch in den günstigen Kategorien) sauber und komfortabel. Das Hotel, Essen und Service sind definitiv Ihre 5 Sterne wert! Und der Ort ist für sich schon eine Reise wert. Wir kommen gerne ein drittes Mal!

Wofür das Hotel selbst nicht wirklich was kann: einige Gäste wissen nicht wie man sich in einem Spa/ Ruhebereich zu verhalten hat und quatschen durchgehend in einer Lautstärke, als wären sie die einzige Gäste oder lassen die Handys laut klingeln. Das war teilweise etwas störend.

Spa und Wellness Bereich sehr schön, nur da der Pool offen ist war es doch sehr frisch bei -3 grad wieder aus dem Pool zu steigen.

Am Sonntag Morgen war das Personal im Speisesaal etwas mit den Bestellungen überfordert. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln
