There is a constant sound of a tennis ball hitting outside the window, the same food for breakfast every morning, before 7 o'clock in the morning there is already noise outside the door, the sound of a pump

The extremely rude housekeeping staff who had the temerity to knock on the door and tap her phone regarding check out as though I was holding her up. 20 minutes before check out time, however that is irrelevant and this woman had no right to comport herself in such a improper manner. I may be neurodivergent, but I am not stupid, that really upset me and through a very difficult time to be treated in such an egregious manner by staff at a hotel that clearly portrays standards it fails to adhere too. I had stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and had no issues then. Polite and well mannered. The standards have clearly fallen and one could for understood for stating that this is indicative of senior staff and management. I do not know, I only know that this made the standard stay terrible upon day of departure. I relayed it to the reception staff who were equally rude and dismissive, but supplied me with the managers details, which I will follow up on. The parking is extortionate.

Breakfast was plenty of choice

There was no choice of continental breakfast and the English breakfast was overcooked & dry

The rooms were comfortable bed was a single comfortable breakfast was very good and plentyful.

Nothing, the only complaint is that normally with a swimming pool you get given a towel but here you had to buy or pay to hire a towel.

The newly refurbished king room was nice

Its a hotel for the older generation im 55 .Entertainment wasn't brilliant Breakfast wasn't very nice .. was in a new room could do with a few alterations.. It.. on a hill not as close to the harbour as I thought it was
