Gostei de tudo. A localização é excelente, estrutura ótima, café da manhã impecável e delicioso. O serviço de quarto extremamente eficiente e tudo estava em perfeito estado. Deixaram o ar condicionado gelando o quarto para a minha chegada. O pessoal do hotel é amável e super prestativos.

Just because I had a roof over my head for a few days and a bed... Other than that, there's really nothing to like about this place. Unfortunately, this was the worst stay of my year. The owner is simply not fit to manage the property.

I've worked in restaurants and hotels for several years, and I can say one thing for sure: a person with the attitude this property owner has towards people should never run this type of business. This is by far the dirtiest place I've ever been to. You'll definitely find pubic hair in the shower, and you can be sure it's from guests from last month or year. The breakfast is very, very modest compared to other places I've stayed, and the owner charges 10 euros for a single breakfast!! Shocking! For what they offer on the table, breakfast should be included in the price. There's no sign for staff telling you not to enter the room, and sometimes you get the impression that the staff enters the room several times a day, not to clean, but rather to monitor what guests are doing in the rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. FOR THE MONEY, LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER!

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę udany. Czysto i przyjemnie, a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna – zawsze gotowa do wsparcia. Śniadania smaczne i dobrej jakości. Świetna lokalizacja – wszystko w zasięgu spaceru, blisko do centrum, a w okolicy sporo fajnych restauracji. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Polecam

I liked the location. You had to walk around 25 minutes to the city centre but you would do that walk anyway in order to explore Funchal. It was clean with nice people working there. The most important I felt welcomed and safe since day one. Recommend it to anyone.
