Lemon Grove Hotel and Studios

Was charged for use of the airconditioning on arrival, but when I left 6 days early because of how terrible it was, fortunately the manager refunded the 40 euros for the airconditioning.

When I arrived I realised that the description of this property was wrong, it would not be a relaxing time in a small town in Corfu, there was constant pop music thumping through the walls of the hotel as it was next to a club. The pool was full of drunk 18 year olds, unusable. Terrible location, located in Kavos Mainstreet which is a dirty, littered, baron, lifeless area of Corfu populated by drunk and disorderly 18 year old travellers. The room was clean, but had 1 frosted glass window that was not “Seaview” or a nice balcony. It faced the other rooms and drunk people were always thumping on my door. I was woken up by someone drunkenly trying to get into my room at 3am. The room only had 1 window which was heavily frosted so when you closed it (and you had to because it was so loud outside) you felt like you were in a cage. I asked management for a change of room and he said the place was full. So I left my fully booked and paid for holiday 6 days early. Horrible place. Worst holiday. Glad to have left.

Alex was the best from the second we arrived, such a clean and well kept complex. Ideal location as it was only a 1 minute walk to everything you need, would definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as possible! Sad to be leaving

I liked the pool. Good location.

I booked a room with a balcony. However, I was given a room with a shared balcony with other guests. The entrance to the room was through the shared balcony. The hotel is populated by young people who constantly drink alcohol and sniff something. It's very noisy at night. They are constantly shouting and listening to music. The air conditioning is not included in the price. On the first day, they mentioned a payment of 6.5€, but when we came to pay two days later, the cost had already increased to 8€. I don't think this is good. The room is very small. The kitchen is poorly equipped. We had to ask for a stove. I will not stay at this hotel again

The location and cleanliness of the complex. All the staff were very friendly. All facilities needed in the room. Flexible in allowing a later checkout for a modest fee.

It would have been nice if with a poolside bar but no major problem there. Just take a beer down with you.

Object, rooms and all area are very clean, comfortable. Staff excellent, always in the complex. Pool with clear water. Complex have own good plage and isn't needed to go on any others.
