Locatie was zeer goed en schone kamers.

Eerst een kamer gekregen met een trap omhoog naar de badkamer met toilet. Raam wat er in zat Had geen uitzicht. Hier over gereclameerd en de dag daarna een andere kamer gekregen, deze was prima. Matras was ook aan vervanging toe!

If you are looking for an "authentic" Moorish slice of Granada, this is your place. Just off one of the principal streets in the Albaicin and a relatively short but steep cab ride or walk to the Alhambra. The Cathedral was also an easy walk. Staff were courteous and rooms were clean.

A bit of miscommunication between us and the front desk during our stay but the issue was quickly resolved.

Everything! Exceptionally beautiful, attentive service and delicious, plentiful breakfast. Great location in quiet setting, incredible views of the Alhambra and short walk to nightlife.

The only complaint was they said the taxi would arrive in 5 minutes and it never arrived. They were slow in calling another taxi and we were late for our tour of the Alhambra. The next morning we took a taxi to the train station and they followed up with a second call and it took 20 minutes to arrive. So they did their due diligence. Now we know.
