Colazione eccezionale. A fine colazione viene dato anche un lunch bag da portare a Petra con tutto il cibo necessario per la giornata. Lo staff sempre super cortese pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa. Da mettere in evidenza nello staff shaley che un lavoratore ideale

24 saat boyunca ilgi ve alakaları hiç bitmedi. Odalar temiz, yemekler lezzetliydi ama ilgileri herşeyin üzerindeydi. Özellikle zizu bey gerçekten ailenizden biri gibi hissetiriyor. Herşey için teşekkürler sella hotel. Sizi özliyeceğiz 😊

Petra Sella Hotel has a good location and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast does not have many options for an American-style breakfast. They offer bread, one type of cake, and cheese, and the scrambled eggs are prepared fresh (which was the best part of breakfast). On the day of our visit to Petra, the hotel offered a small snack to take with us, which was a very nice gesture from the hotel.

What we did not like about the hotel was the bathroom, which became completely wet during showers. This was very inconvenient, because after showering it was impossible to enter the bathroom without getting our feet wet. The bedroom curtain was coming off the rail. The parking is on the street in front of the hotel. It is very small and there is no coordination on how guests should park. Some inconsiderate guests took up two spaces and the hotel staff did nothing about it, so we had to park on the other side of the street. However, what bothered us the most was that at the end of our stay staff asked we to open booking.com and while looking asked to put five stars, this happened in more than one hotel in Jordan. You feel pressured to put the review.

The warm reception and the front office Manager, Ishtian and Mohammed was absolute gentlemen who not only extended the VIP amenities but also was very helpful in giving vital information related to Petra sites and nearby restaurants. I am going to them every time I visit Petra

Fantastic hotel with an evening better staff. Mr. Ishtean and Mr. Mohammed go out of their way to make their guest comfortable. The rooms were also excellent and had a good panaromic city view... totally recommended.

The fact that I was staying here only for one night..;-)
