"Nice two stars Hotel."

The hotel is very convenient located in Cannes. Close to restaurants, The Croisette, The Convention Palais, shopping areas. It is a two star hotel with nice rooms. I really liked the staff. Really friendly and made me feel at home as they were always ready to help.

"Great location!"

The hotel is located near the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very helpful on providing additional information as well as during check in/out. The room is small but confortable. The idea was not to spend vacation in the room anyway! Room was very clean too. I would recommend this hotel.

Ho prenotato dal cellulare, al volo, due ore prima di prendere possesso della camera. Personale molto gentile, stanza grande, spartana ma dotata di tutti i confort. Non è un albergo di lusso, è chiaro ma per 1-2 notti va benissimo anche perchè è davvero a due passi dalla Croisette.

"Einfaches aber sehr gutes Hotel mit super Service"

Nun war ich das zweite Jahr im Anna Livia. Und wieder war ich vollkommen zufrieden. Klar war mein Zimmer sehr klein und die Wände und Türen dünn. Das war es allerdings auch schon an Minus Punkten ( welche für den Preis akzeptabel sind) . Positiv: supernette Hotelleitung Englisch und auch deutschsprachig , tägliche- sehr gute Reinigung der Zimmer, einwandfreie Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten, moderne Duschen, quasi direkt an der Croisette, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, Preis Leistung Top!

ホテルの部屋自体は狭かったですが、アンティーブ通りとクロワゼット通りの間に位置し、大変便利な場所でした。 ただ、周りに夜中まで営業しているバーが数軒あり、夜中の３時くらいまで騒音があったのが残念でした。

Undortunately I cannot compare with other 2 star hotels as this is my first but this hotel should not have any rating. The installations were horrible, it was not very clean and it was just way too small. However, it is very well located and the staff were super friendly which I believe is important for some fellow travelers.
