Das Parker Cottage Guesthouse ist eine Oase der Gastlichkeit und ist sehr ruhig aber zentrumsnah gelegen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Thomas empfangen, der uns einige gute Restaurantempfehlungen in der Nähe geben konnte. Für uns war der Aufenthalt der perfekte Start in unseren Südafrikaurlaub.

Wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr warmer Empfang und während dem ganzen Aufenthalt sehr nett bedient. Das Frühstück wird im Garten serviert und ist top! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. Das Cottage befindet sich in einem ruhigen und vor allem sicheren Quartier. Man ist schnell bei der Talstation des Tabelmountain, Lions Head und über den Berg in Camps Bay!

What a delightful find in the heart of Tamboerskloof. I had an out-of-town visitor, and we were wanting to be located closer to the city to do some touristy stuff. I am a local but am continually surprised to find such gems like Parker Cottage. A best kept secret I am sad to share (want to keep it to myself) but happy to highly recommend. From the booking, all the way to arriving early and having the team be super accommodating with luggage storage and also being super caring and attentive, we felt right at home. The room was lovely and tastefully furnished and provided a great sanctuary after a heavy day of touristing hard! Breakfast on our day of departure was really an indulgent affair, sitting in the very pretty garden and not feeling like we were that close to the hustle and bustle of Kloof Street at all. What an amazing find, offering the best of Cape Town hospitality at great value for money. Thanks to the Team of Madery, Marion, Tom, Bernadette and all the other unseen team members who made our stay so lovely. I will be back :-)

Wonderful guesthouse, very charming and lovely rooms, great bed. The property is beautiful maintained, and the staff is fantastic! Very helpful and understanding also when we lost a set of keys. (Thanks to a honest Uber driver they’re back) Breakfast (in the garden) is delicious and the honesty bar is a nice addition. It is a wonderful place to discover Cape town and its surroundings from. The location is also close to vibrant Kloof Street with all its restaurants and bars. Kloof house restaurant is not to be missed, but needs booking in advance. Parker cottage is definitely a gem.

I have had many stays over the last number of years at Parker Cottage. It's my little heaven whenever I visit Cape Town and always feel most welcomed by the fabulous team. Highly recommend to travelers or business people who prefer that personnel touch in a beautiful heritage building, breakfast on lovely terrace over looking the well maintain garden is always a treat. All comes with comfortable rooms of various styles and choices. Situated in a very central position for easy access to the Mother City along with many restaurants in the area near the guest house.
