Os colaboradores são super simpáticos e atenciosos. O hotel oferece café, água e chá a vontade na recepção 24h, achei um diferencial pensando na europa. O quarto é grande e a localização é muito boa, dá para fazer várias coisas andando e tem um metro muito perto.

O banheiro são duas cabines uma para o vaso sanitário (o que é bom) e outra para o chuveiro, porém essa do chuveiro a agua “vasa” por baixo da porta da cabine e molha muito o quarto. Achei o colchão um pouco duro, mas isso é muito pessoal, mas nada que seja impossível ou atrapalhe a dormir.
