"Very bad experience"

Near to the beach

The facilities are old. Food everyday the same. The electricity cut off every day, the AC cut off often. The WiFi is very bad. The taxi tried to cheat.

Μου άρεσε η προθυμία και η εξυπηρετικότητα του προσωπικού που ήταν έτοιμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Η καθαριότητα επίσης ήταν σημαντικός παράγων για να αισθανόμαστε πολύ άνετα.

Να υπήρχε πρόβλεψη για χερούλι στο μπάνιο γιά ασφαλή μετακίνηση προς και από την μπανιέρα. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα για να πιαστεί κανείς και ο κίνδυνος για τραυματισμό ήταν ορατός.

΄Αριστη εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού, ειδικά από την Κα Μαίρη Κατταβιά στην υποδοχή, η οποία έκανε ότι περνούσε από το χέρι της προκειμένου να περάσουμε καλά και να μας μείνει το ταξίδι αξέχαστο, με την επιθυμία να θέλεις να ξανάρθεις στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό.

Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό αλλά του έλειπε το "κάτι παραπάνω", κυρίως στο επίπεδο ποιότητας ,που θάπρεπε να συνοδεύει ένα ξενοδοχείο της κατηγορίας των 5 αστέρων, όπως άλλα ξενοδοχεία 5 αστέρων που έχουμε επισκεφτεί π.χ. φρέσκος χυμός πορτοκαλιού, περισσότερα του ενός τύπου τυριών, ένα καλό ζαμπόν κλπ. Στο μπάνιο, εξερχόμενος από την μπανιέρα, που ήταν σε σχετική διαφορά επιπέδου από το πάτωμα, δεν υπήρχε πρόβλεψη να κρατηθείς από κάποιο χερούλι, προς αποφυγή ατυχήματος, ειδικά γιά άτομα που δεν είναι ψηλά, ή για κάποιο πιό ηλικιωμένο άτομο. Δεν έχω ξαναδεί να χρεώνεται η χρήση χρηματοκιβωτίου σε κανένα ξενοδοχείο και αναφέρομαι σε τουλάχιστον 20 ξενοδοχεία που έχω επισκεφτεί (Ελλάδα και Εξωτερικό).
