So so beautiful!!! Staff were super kind, really looked after me. I would definitely recommend for location!

Very dirty. Dirty towels, dirty room. Blood on the bed linen. After I reported it at the reception, nothing was replaced, I was promised that they would fix it in the morning, and then this promise was not fulfilled. During my stay, there was renovation work near the room, which made noise and smell. Price/quality mismatch.

Riad was overbooked. They placed us in a "sister" riad that was not as luxurious (3 stars vs 4 stars). They offered to comp us dinner but we had other plans. They did offer us 2 30-minute massages. Overall disappointed. I would not recommend.

The employees are really nice and helpful! But the rooms need to be worked on. We got a suite where the bathroom had this Oder that we could not sleep at night!! But overall had a good time.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful in recommending trips and places of interest, and with coordinating guides/drivers. Breakfast was freshly prepared, varied daily, and was plentiful.

The Riad was nice, comfortable and clean. We booked two family suites as we were quite a crowd. The breakfast was good. Nothing was too much for the host. Salah was very nice, accommodating and friendly. He even packed an early breakfast for us on the day we left :)

Just keep in mind that the Breakfast is served on the top most floor and there are only stairs to get to it. But Salah was kind enough to bring it down for one of us who had issues taking the stairs due to health constrictions.

Salah is a super host. He made our stay enjoyable, memorable and smooth. The area is fantastic and in the old Medina which is the main reason we went to Fes. I would love to come back to this same Riad and repeat the same experience with more family members.
