Niestety rzeczywisty standard apartamentu znacząco odbiega od tego, co prezentują zdjęcia w ofercie. Na fotografiach wnętrze sprawia wrażenie świeżego, zadbanego i bardzo dobrze utrzymanego. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że apartament jest już mocno wyeksploatowany i wymaga remontu. Widoczne są liczne ślady zużycia – odchodzące okleiny na frontach mebli, odpryski i odpadająca farba na ścianach, drobne uszkodzenia wyposażenia oraz ogólne wrażenie zmęczenia obiektu. Nie można powiedzieć, że mieszkanie było brudne, jednak nie czuło się w nim świeżości i czystości, której oczekiwaliśmy po zdjęciach. Szczególnie zwracały uwagę zasłony sprawiające wrażenie dawno nieodświeżanych. Dodatkowo bardzo słabe i nieprzyjemne oświetlenie potęgowało poczucie zaniedbania. Kolejną kwestią był depozyt. Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy informację o wymaganej kaucji w wysokości 100 euro. Na miejscu poinformowano nas, że pobrana zostanie „jedynie” kaucja 50 euro, co zostało przedstawione niemal jako ukłon w stronę gości. Problem polegał jednak na tym, że personel nie potrafił jasno wyjaśnić zasad jej naliczania ani przedstawić regulaminu określającego, w jakich sytuacjach depozyt może zostać zatrzymany. Otrzymaliśmy jedynie ogólne zapewnienie, że chodzi głównie o przypadki palenia papierosów czy poważnych uszkodzeń. Brak przejrzystych zasad przy pobieraniu dodatkowych środków jest jednak mało komfortowy. W efekcie przed rozpoczęciem pobytu dokładnie sfotografowaliśmy stan apartamentu, aby mieć dokumentację istniejących już uszkodzeń i uniknąć ewentualnych nieporozumień podczas zwrotu kaucji. Największym rozczarowaniem pozostaje jednak fakt, że rzeczywisty wygląd i standard obiektu nie odpowiadają temu, co można zobaczyć na zdjęciach publikowanych w ofercie.
