Obsługa była nieuprzejma zarówno w korespondencji mailowej, jak i podczas rozmów telefonicznych. Zamiast pomocy spotkaliśmy się z brakiem szacunku i zrozumienia dla klienta. Zdecydowanie nie polecam i sugeruję rozważyć inne opcje noclegowe. Fatalne doświadczenie. location, the bed ist extremely comfortable

few vegan options at breakfast (no sweets, no joghurt, no vegan cheese…), the elevator didnt work and we had to walk stairs with the baby stroller all the time to reach the other elevator:(, the room was made poorly, no fresh cups for coffee, our clothes were thrown on the bedside table, twice no one even came to empty the trash…
