Hotel Diament Zabrze

Har bestilt for 2 personer og en lille hund. Der blev gjort klar til 1 person. Efter snak med reception, kom der en fra personalet, med en extra sengebetræk, kop osv. Men hun blev bange for vores lille hund og vil slet ikke ind. Vi gik ud med hunden og så kom hun ind. Der stå på nettet er hunde er velkommen. Det koster 50 zloty/nat for en hund. Så forventer man også lidt mere hundevenlig stemning.

Wir waren übers Wochenende im 3 Sterne Hotel Diamant und Zabrze. Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels in Europa, aber so ein schlechtes 3 STERNE HOTEL-Zimmer habe ich noch nirgends gesehen. Zum Zimmer: Ungereinigtes Bad Duschtür kaputt Plexiglas der Tür, ebenfalls kurz vorm rausfall Steckdosen nicht Befestigt Schranktür ging nicht richtig zu (Tür schlecht montiert) etc. Nach Anfragen haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen, genau das gleiche! Pilzbefall im Bad (schlecht gereinigt) Abfluss verstopft Ich kann das Diamant 3 Sterne nicht weiterempfehlen, wenn dann sollte man direkt das 4 Sterne buchen.

W łazience zatkany był zlew, woda ciężko odpływała. Poza tym, wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Czysto i wygodnie.

Schönes Hotel, klasse Komfort im 4****-Bereich Das Hotel hat ferner noch einen 3*** Bereich, den ich aber nicht empfehlen würde Der Aufpreis lohnt sich auf jeden Fall

Extremely quiet hotel - ideal if you are a light sleeper. The rooms are comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is of a high quality. Good place for business use, but I wouldn't stay there on holiday.

Nic Nie napisze bo przyjechałem o 22:00 wyjeżdżałem o 10:00 wziąłem prysznic, zjadłem śniadanie i pojechałem dalej. Co tu więcej pisać

I stayed here for just one night and it was perfectly fine - fit for purpose. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable and the wifi worked just fine, even to watch a movie. I wanted a smoking room, and the only one available was in the 'economy' part of the hotel, but still this was quite acceptable. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that, but based upon the room alone it was good value and I would be happy to return.
