Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unique building. Great breakfast with the strongest coffee I had in Morocco. Like the picture shows this is a tall, circular building with 8 rooms. We were on the top floor. I didn't count the steps but there are A LOT. I huffed and puffed my way up. By the 3rd day it was much easier, but if you're out of shape (like me) be forewarned. I'm not sure this place could accommodate someone with mobility challenges. I didn't see any rooms on the bottom floor. They did help bring our bags up and down. Bless. I would have died. Surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds. Our room had 1 king and a twin to accommodate our family traveling with our adult child. I liked that the shower and sink were separate from the toilet. Someone could shower leaving the toilet free. The toilet room had a door. The shower room had a curtain separating it from the rest of the room. Still felt private because the shower is built in such a way that it can't be seen even with the curtain open. Easy walk to all the activities of the Essaouira medina. Lots of light from the windows which we opened to listen to the call to prayer Very helpful and friendly staff! Accessible via Whatsapp and providing us with recommendations.
