Comfortable, Friendly, and Peaceful place to stay. Very handy for Bangor. Very keen to go back again.

The staff were brilliant. It was initially difficult to get our heads around the layout but that made it even more interesting. We had an Executive Double - it was spacious, clean and had a view of the river. Re the staff: congratulations on hiring Matt, Caleb, Inna and Will. They made sure we had everything we needed. They did it with a smile and a friendly chat - all the while being efficient. An excellent advertisement for their generation! We ate in the restaurant both nights. The food was excellent, the chef prepared the dishes to our requests. The bar was well positioned and a nice place for a pre dinner drink.

All was good.

It was clean and spacious, beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast, rooms immaculate and staff were friendly. We were visiting the University so the location was perfect.

A little fridge in the room would have been helpful for the few bits we bought at the store like milk for coffee and some cream cakes.
