Hotel correct pour une nuit étape. propre mais confort spartiate. Bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner inclu

Varsin epäsiisti hotelli, mutta mukavasti matkan varrella lähellä moottoritietä. Vähän hankala löytää tietä perille vaikka näkyykin hyvin tielle.

Not very close to the center of Brno and not close to any restaurants. We stayed two nights and they didn't clean the room after the first night. I can't think of a reason to go back there.

Tijdens ons verblijf stond het hotel in de steigers, wat natuurlijk al niet erg knus of gezellig is.. Bij de receptie kregen we de sleutel van de kamer en dat was het dan ook.. Totaal geen informatie over bijv. het ontbijt of hoe we het beste in het centrum konden komen. Toen we om het beloofde internet gingen vragen, bleek dat er ook niet te zijn en op de hotelkamers is bv. ook geen fohn aanwezig al staat dat wel vermeld. Het personeel spreekt (op een vrouw na, maar die was er alleen bij het uitchecken) geen engels of duits. Dus communiceren verloopt moeizaam. Het ontbijt is absoluut niet de moeite waard. Bespaar de moeite en eet goedkoop in het centrum.. Het centrum is ong. op 20 minuten afstand met de tram. Het is een goedkoop hotel, maar ik zou iedereen aanraden iets meer te betalen en een hotel in het centrum of bij de universiteit te pakken, want Brno zelf is wel een leuke stad.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est accueillant et polyglotte. l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville mais il y a les transports en commun en journée. Pour les fans de la vie nocturne comme moi cet éloignement est handicapant, donc réservé des frais pour le taxi la nuit.

Bylo to priserne.... nejradeji bych napsala nekam o kontrolu poctu hvezd... Je to takova ubytovna... My meli pokoj v prizemi, ktery mel byt nekuracky, ale smrad tomu neodpovidal... Okno neslo poradne otevrit ba ani zavrit... nechapu fotky pokoju... realita byla naprosto odlisna!!!! Chtela jsem radsi spat v aute nez tam! Rozhodne nemuzu doporucit spani v tomto hotelu hruzy!!!!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was rubbish. Reception staff very helpfull. Its a 10 minuite tram ride into the center from the hotel or a 2700 krona taxi ride. The hotel is ok for a short couple of days break.

This hotel is great if your on a budget and don't mind not being in the centre of Brno. The city centre isn't to far away but I was there for MotoGP so most of my time was spent going back and forth to the circuit. The hotel looks ok from the front but is in need of some work if you see it from the back. The room was clean and tidy but was warm with no air conditioning so I had to leave my window open and the hotel is situated on a very busy road so I was using ear plugs at night. The description here says free wifi in public areas but this seemed to depend on which member of staff was on reception when you asked for the user name and password, when I was charged it was only 10kr. I plan on returning to Brno next year but will look for something more central next time so that I can see more of the city in the limited time I have between being at the race track.

City Hotel, Brno is a nice clean place. It is however more of a hostel than a hotel, as bathrooms seems to be in the corridor, rather than each room having its own private bathroom We stayed in one of the apartments (B101) which did have its own bath room, a double bed and a sleeping couch with room for 2 sleeping guests. In the room was a small flat screen tv with Czeck-only channels. The City Hotel is situated in an industrial/commercial area, in what seems a bit of a distance from the city centre. If You are a back packer, wanting to save on accomodation, I would recommend City Hotel, with the above in mind. We only stayed one night, as we used this hotel as a stop-over on our way home from holiday. If you want to explore Brno and you're not a backpacker or if you have kids, I would avoid this hotel.

The room itself was good value for money. However, everything extra like internet, parking, breakfast was not included in the price. Nice, cosy rooms. Really good for one night.
