Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, spacious accommodations! Roland and Lisa are premier hosts. They take pride in thier place and it shows. The little details, like hand delivered fresh breads every morning, a friendly smile and a spotless room. This location was the first part of our Austrian vacation and we are spoiled :) Thank you Roland and Lisa!

Es war alles rund um perfekt.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Wagrain, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Roland and Lisa are truly amazing hosts – warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From arranging a booster seat for our child in the car, to giving us thoughtful recommendations for daily trips, they went above and beyond in every way. They even made sure our kids, who have celiac disease, had fresh gluten-free bread every morning. When the kids didn’t like the first option, they went out of their way to find something better – such a rare level of care and attention! On top of that, every day we had fresh, delicious rolls waiting for us right at our door – such a treat. The room itself was spotless, spacious, beautifully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need (and more!). The view from the room was simply breathtaking, and it made every morning feel magical. The property has a lovely play area for children, a great swimming pool with games, and all the practical comforts you could hope for – including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry machines, and dryers available for guests. The location is perfect as well – right in town, just steps away from a great supermarket, and close to everything you might want to see or do in the area. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Roland and Lisa themselves. They genuinely care about their guests and have the biggest hearts. Every small detail was taken care of, and whenever we had an issue during our trip (completely unrelated to the hotel), they were immediately there to help. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and without a doubt, we will be coming back again and again. Our time here was absolutely incredible, and we already can’t wait to return.

השהות שלנו הייתה פשוט מצוינת. קיבלנו כל מה שהיינו צריכים – ואף יותר מכך. רולנד וליסה באמת עושים מעל ומעבר כדי לגרום לך להרגיש בנוח, ותמיד מקבלים אותנו בחיוך חם ובאירוח מכל הלב. כל המתקנים מנוהלים בצורה מושלמת. המקום כולו מסודר, נקי ללא דופי, ומצויד בכל מה שמשפחה עשויה להזדקק לו בחופשה – עד לפרטים הקטנים ביותר. רמת ההשקעה ותשומת הלב שהם מעניקים לאורחים אינה דומה לשום דבר אחר. זה ללא ספק המלון-דירות הטוב ביותר שהתארחתי בו אי פעם. מומלץ בחום!

דירה מושלמת בוואגרין. לא רצינו לעזוב. גדולה, מרווחת, מטבח מצויד בכל מה שצריך, מקרר גדול. חדרים נוחים עם מיטות לכל אחד (לא ספה). נוף מקסים מהמרפסת. בריכה נעימה בחצר, טרמפולינה ומשחקים נוספים. רונלד מארח מושלם. יצא מגדרו כדי לעזור ולסייע. כששמע שאנחנו שומרי שבת כיבה מיוזמתו אורות עם חיישנים במסדרון ואת האורות במקרר, הדפיס לנו כרטיסי קיץ והכל בחיוך ובמאור פנים. המקום גם מספק לחמניות וקוראסונים טריים בכל בוקר למעוניינים. הכל נקי, מטופח ונעים. קיבלנו גם כרטיס קיץ מקומי שאיתו יכולנו להיכנס לפארק המים בעיירה שהיה מושלם. היתה לנו חוויה יוצאת מן הכלל. נשמח לחזור

אין דבר כזה

מארח מאוד נחמד ומסביר פנים. ניסה לסייע בכל מה שאפשר מבחינת שמירת שבת והכוונה לאטרקציות. עיירה חמודה ומיקום טוב בתוך העיירה. מטבח רחב ומאובזר. נקי ברמה קיצונית.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sauber, der Ausblick vom Balkon traumhaft. Das Ehepaar Beer war total sympathisch und entgegenkommend, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man anmerken, dass die Waschmaschine mit 7€ recht teuer war und dass im Badezimmer keine Seife am Waschbecken vorhanden war, sodass wir unser Duschgel zweckentfremden mussten.

וואו! מקום מיוחד ביותר עם אווירה משפחתית. רולנד וליסה פשוט נפלאים, היו פנויים לכל בקשה כולל ענייני שבת ואפילו עזרו לנו עם חבילה שנתקעה בדואר. הדירות יפות ומצוחצחות, מאובזרות כראוי ומתאימות לשהות ארוכה. יש מכונת כביסה, מייבש, רשתות ומטבח מאובזר. בריכה מחוממת עם דשא, חניה מקורה ומעלית. ולא פחות חשוב- לחמניות טריות שמחכות על מפתן הדלת בכל בוקר.

מהרגע שהגענו, רולנד הבעלים קיבל אותנו בשמחה והיה קשוב לכל בקשותינו, ואף עזר לנו שהסתבכנו עם תקלה ברכב. הדירה יפה, מרווחת, נקיה ,עם מטבח מאובזר ובמיקום מרכזי בואגריין, מה שהפך את החוויה שלנו באזור זלצבורג למהנה ביותר (וגם אציין שכל האורחים מקבלים לחמניות טריות בבוקר מהמקום). מומלץ מאד!

כלום

הכל, ובעיקר את המארחים רולנד וליסה. אנשים טובים עם לב רחב שעוזרים בכל דבר ועושים חשק לחזור שוב.
