"Very nice hotel"

Close to centre, friendly staff - especially spa/wellness staff. Had excellent massage.

Nothing but would have been nice for pool to have a sauna/ steam room.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Location is great too. The Room was nice and spacious for the 3x of us. My 11 year old loved every minute of it.

"Lots of things to improve"

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Nice breakfast and lots of variety. Very central location for sightseeing the town main attractions.

The receptionist that greeted us was very rude. Generally the stuff at the reception and in the restaurant don't know how to behave. They are very cold and wooden, don't greet guests, don't smile and are not polite. The room is quite dark at night, not enough light in the room. The window can not be opened, only a little bit diagonally.
