We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card. On catastrophic situations beyond control leading to cancellation, a full refund is permissible only where the situation is evidential or proven to occur Free cancellations do not rule out liability of bank charges by the guests as a result of whatever led to any cancellation by the guests. Pets are not allowed. On activities and extras, prices indicated are just based on minimum 2 people and for transport transfers based on minimum of 7 or 2 people. No smoking is permitted indoors, only outdoors at designated smoking areas.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
