The staff was fantastic. Very caring and évaluable for anything. The home cooked food was delicious. My daughter and I got treated like Queens!

We ended our Morocco trip at Jnane Allia and it was the perfect way to finish. A true oasis: lush, green, tree-lined grounds, two pools, resident turtles and cats wandering about. The kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Our suite was spacious and opened directly onto the pool. The hammam and massages were excellent, exactly what you want after days of exploring the Medina. What really made the stay was Yassine, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond in every interaction and made us feel genuinely looked after. That kind of hospitality is rare and it's what we'll remember most. We'll be back. No question.

The one thing we missed: oat milk. A small ask, but for dairy-free coffee drinkers it would make a real difference.

Struttura di altissimo livello e con grande senso di accoglienza. Staff molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. posizione fantastica e ben curata. Grande cura degli aspetti di identità locale e rispetto delle tradizioni

Direi nulla in particolare. Forse per i mesi invernali penserei a qualche sistema di riscaldamento delle camere. suggerisco di non usare la sala colazione esterna durante i mesi invernali. non essendoci telefono in camera fate in modo che tutti gli ospiti possano comunicare con lo staff tramite per esempio whatssup.

Lovely oasis, about 30 minutes from Marrakech. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, without being overwhelming. This is a perfect spot to relax and forget about the outside world. Facilities are immaculate, the rooms are gorgeous, and the two pools are well kept. The hammam was an amazing experience and I loved watching the sun set and rise from the rooftop of the restaurant. The food was delicious and the restaurant caters for all dietary needs. They also offer daily yoga for an additional cost. Though it’s a bit far from town there is a driver on hand to take you in and back if you need (for a price). Prices are all in euros so expect to pay European prices, but perfect for a luxury getaway, if that’s what you’re after.
