Revado Hotel, Norwich City Centre

The location is great, easy walking distance to the city and all it has to offer. They were helpful with extra accommodation requests.

The "continental" breakfast was underwhelming, no cooked breakfast as advertised and the staff present whom I asked, was a little abrupt and unfriendly when asked what the breakfast situation was. Also it seemed the hot water timed out after 2 mins each time I showered, were they cutting costs?? Room size more suited for shorter folks.

It was very clean and housekeeping staff and reception very polite team.

I didn't like anything about this place. In fact, all it has going for it is the proximity to the train station and it was clean.

Where do I start. It is more like a motel from the movies. Which is fine, but it is not value for money. Better off staying at a Premier Inn. Bed was uncomfortable, and sunken. The furniture in the room didn't match the photos. The mattress didn't have a protector. The pillow was terrible. There were bright spotlights across the road beaming into the room. The shower head wasn't mounted to the wall properly, not sure how they managed that!

There was no breakfast available, just snacks in the room (tea, coffe, cereal bars, cartons of juice)

Stayed here when attending a gig at the Waterfront. The location was perfect. Short walk from the station. Equally, a short walk from town. Checking in was very quick and easy. Yes, the room could do with a bit of TLC. However, in many ways it exceeded my expectations. Brunch bars and boxes of OJ were a nice treat. The bathroom was small, but the facilities were excellent.

Best to bring some earplugs as noise did travel from the corridors and other rooms.
