"Fairytale hotel"

Sweet hotel. Nice atmosphere and room. Comfortable bed. Good food. Right in the middle of the town. Parking, but some way away. No elevator. Some difficulties with wifi.

"Anlässlich unseres 35.Hochzeitstag"

Wir sind öfters in Bernkastel-Kues meistens übernachten wir in Kues diesmal habe ich bewusst das Märchenhotel gewählt und wir würden es wieder tun ,gut die Rezeption ist versteckt im hinteren Teil des Hotels das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Schnewittchen) das Frühstück war ausreichend es gab all die Speisen die zum Standart Frühstück gehören das hausklima und der Service fand ich sehr herzlich ,immer darauf bedacht Gästewünsche zu erfüllen dafür Danke

"Fairy-tale rooms in fairy-tale town"

Fairy-tale, olde world hotel situated in the heart of the delightful town of Bernkastel. Arrival by car not easy on restricted cobbled streets with individual designated parking spaces scattered around the vicinity. Limited information provided, particularly regarding meals, so didn't use restaurant. Rooms are fairy-tale themed (we had the frog prince!) with good facilities though no fridge or coffee-making.
