Sherbrooke Castle Hotel

Location was great. Steps away from the train that takes to Glasgow in 6 min. The staff was very helpful and service was high class (reception, bar and restaurant). We loved hanging out in the lounge.

The room wasn’t part of the castle which was disappointing. Found out after we checked in that it had to be requested ahead of time.

Sherbrooke is a beautiful Castle with a gorgeous garden. Jamal was our favorite Concierge and all of the Staff were exceptional and the restaurant was very good.

No milk capsules in the room you needed to call down to reception for milk.

Beautiful large room and great location - comfy bed .

Breakfast ran out at 9am and not replenished , the hotel was understaffed so things took a very long time . The room was also v warm so possibly a fan is needed for the untypically warm days .

The location and cost, this hotel is overpriced and it’s not really a castle hotel. It’s far from Glasgow and it’s located in a densely populated neighborhood.
