Dolina Charlotty Resort&Spa

Bardzo miła obsługa, udogodnienia hotelowe. Bardzo podobał mi się również basen i teren hotelu.

Niestety nie podobały mi się meble w pokoju, meble były stare, nie było wystarczająco miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, łóżko podwójne było wąskie.

Breakfast was fantastic. 10/10 Restaurant atmosphere and service very pleasant

Central heating was not working but electric heater was in the room for use if required so not an issue Towels very hard and didn’t smell nice, need replacing No sockets near the beds which is not very convenient Hot and cold tap in the sink mislabelled. At first I thought there was no hot watter, then I figured out it was a mislabelled tap. As it was a spa I expected better shower gel/shampoo/ hand soap. It was an all in one thing which I thought was a little poor for a spa. I always carry my own so it wasn’t an issue for me
