A localização é ótima, próxima aos Arcos do Atalaia e da Praça do Caranguejo. O café da manhã é bem servido e variado, o pessoal da cozinha não para de correr p/ atender bem à todos.

A altura dos 4 travesseiros são muito altos, poderiam ser 2 travesseiros altos e 2 baixos na minha opinião.

Recepção atendeu ao pedido de check-in mesmos as 20hrs da noite, garantindo nossa reserva. Hotel sempre lotado c/ excursões e o pessoal da cozinha "correndo" p/ atender à todos da melhor forma.

A saída é entrada no estacionamento. Notamos uma certa demora na abertura do portão eletrônico a qual poderia ter gerado um acidente na entrada, pois uma moto fez a conversão em direção à praia muito rapidamente e oceiculo estava "pasado" em frente ao portão. Talvez possa ser colocado um sinal luminoso "Saída de veiculos" antes da curva
