The staff were friendly.

The whole place is very dated & having a smelly skip outside my window was not nice.

Place was rundown & smelly.

I've had really good experiences staying at the Roebuck Inn, overall the experience this time was good but I was unable to lower the heat on the radiator in my room as the adjusting knob was broken. Other than that no complaints!

Really friendly welcome on arrival. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. I asked for an extra blanket and it was bought straight up. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant on site which was excellent. The beds were really comfortable and it was so quiet. Had a great sleep. Shower wasn't very powerful but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great. Although decor was a little tired, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The staff were polite and professional to the best of their ability.

Everything. The smell. The entrance. The worn and stained carpets. The long corridors. Clearly an ex nursing home. The decor.Basic facilities in the room. Decor old and worn. Felt very uncomfortable and could not relax.

Location suited me as easy access to centre of Stevenage centre with good bus links. Very relaxing, quite and well ventilated room

Was not dissatisfied with anything. For the cost it was great value.
