"Hotel Sperren!"

Es gab Bettwanzen! Ekelhaft und gefährlich! Niemand hat meine Anrufe angenommen und ich warte auf meine Rückerstattung! Ich musste um Mittelnacht ein sauberes Hotel suchen müssen!

"A night of three hours sleep because of bed bugs."

That I could leave the hotel in the morning after a very bad experience.

The food was expensive and not good. Bed bugs in my bed wich I discovered late at night so I had nowhere to go and I was not going to sleep in a room full of bed bugs. No staff was present in the hotel so I had to sleep in the dining room. After a night of three hours sleep the hotel refused to refund my money. Hope they will learn from this because this is not the way to treat hotel guests.

Many of the staff were special needs people which is an amazing cause.

Breakfast is below par. Very disappointing. Eggs were rare. One type of cheese and limited bread. Location is ok.

Booked this place by mistake but we were very glad as it worked out better for us. Quiet, rooms were very spacious we had a balcony so sitting out in evening was wonderful. Breakfast was superb. We asked for a kettle for our room and staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend and great value . 2 female friends from Canada on tour
