Such a warm welcome the seevice was great - very friendly. Very clean, good value for money and in a great location. The air conditioning unit was a saviour in this heat. Would totally recommend to anyone heading over to the New Forest.

"Ideal for our 2 night stay."

So simple to pick up key. Lovely Lady was there to show us all we needed. It's not like a big hotel. Tucked up out of theway but super easy access and plenty of parking. Tea and coffee facilities were really good. We had a triple room with comfy beds and linen and a little view out the back. Even had a air conditioning unit if we needed. Ideal for Paultons park etc "Coffee corner" just up the road was great for breakfast and the Red Rover pub not too far for evening meals were good too. Would definitely recommend 👌

OK let's get pickie. Bathroom could do with a little refurbishment. But everything worked as it should and that's fine with me.

Well arranged spacious room is the main thing that we like more about the property and the dining area, access to snacks was absolutely amazing. The restaurant at the compound was a brilliant choice of food options.

Bathtub holder was not fitted properly may need to look into that.
