This is a great place to stay! its clean, the owners are a family and they are really nice. it is a great location close to the capital of santorini. I definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel grounds very well maintained and a lovely pool. The hotel owners were friendly and we appreciated the complimentary airport transfers. The location of the hotel in Firostefani is great, no more that a brisk five minute walk into the heart of Fira however getting to the main road from the hotel was a bit of an ordeal with very steep uneven steps surrounded by abandoned construction sites. The view from our room was pleasant with the south coast of the island and the sea visible in the distance. The room was basic but spacious, tiled floor with an alcove at the rear of the room where a table with chairs and the fridge were located. A built in wardrobe had ample hanging space but there was a distinct lack of draw space or shelving. A safe is provided in the room which is always welcome. The room also had small console/dressing table and chair and a good size mirror. The twin beds were very hard and although that's not unusual for Greece perhaps the mattresses are now nearing the end of their life it took a while to get used to the beds. The bathroom was incredibly small and very basic, the shower cubicle was the smallest I've ever seen and it was quite difficult getting in and out of it! I would say the bathroom was the most disappointing aspect of the room. The room was serviced daily, towels replaced and beds made - but not very well made! Overall for the money we paid it was worth it just a few minor niggles

We had a great time at this family run business. We followed the travel tips and they were spot on wonderful. They drove us to the bus station when we left, no charge. Really great experience! I recommend it to anyone.

Overall I did like the hotel - location is ideal for those willing to walk to the main tourist area. The price is great for this on the budget.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Ersi Villas, and we loved it! Location is great, with Firostefani a few steps away, and Fira about a 10 minute walk. The bus also stops right by the hotel, so getting from one part of the island to the other is simple. Staff was very helpful, giving us tips on what to do and how to get around. Also loved the free airport transfers - our flight arrived so early in the morning and they picked us up right on time, even getting us in a room by 7am! Property is well kept and clean, with gorgeous views of the water. Breakfast has everything you could want. We stayed in a 2 story studio, which was very spacious and clean. The ONLY negative was that the beds are really hard, however, we encountered this problem in every hotel we stayed at in Greece. Overall, lovely hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent! It has a nice view of the sea, though not grand (but the grand ones come with a higher price tag). Owner is very nice. Room is spacious and clean!

We stayed here 3 nights and were very happy with our stay. The villas are not luxurious so if you are looking for luxury - this is not the place. The location is great - just 2 mins walk from the Firostefani bus station. Elias and his mother run this establishment very professionally ! There's free shuttle service to/from airport and Elias was there on time and greeted us with hospitality ! We arrived at 6 am and even though check in was not till the evening, they managed to get us a room as soon as someone left - around 10 am. His mother even offered us free juice etc ! They provided us with bus schedules and maps etc to help us get around. I really enjoyed my stay here !

Room included a small kitchen and a patio. Very nice pool and settings. Friendly helpfull staff.

Pros- great location near Firostephani and Fira. Hotel was incredibly clean and staff was great. Cons - beds were a bit stiff, and the bathroom was incredibly small.
