特に問題は無かったのですが、入口にguaranteed hot water 24hと書いてあるのにも関わらず、お湯が出ませんでした。 また全室WiFiが通っているとの事でしたが、自分の部屋はWiFiどころかsimの通信さえも届きませんでした。 また、甥？の子供がとても感じ悪く少々不快になりました。

This is my first time to traveled alone the hotel ufuk is very nice it is clean nice service. But I don't like the toilet in my room it is too narrow. But I enjoyed to stayed in ufuk Hotel.

좋은호텔이구 방이 매우 아늑하고 괴레메 시내와 야외박물관이 가까워 좋았습니다. 그러나 화장실에서 냄새가 나서 기분이 안 좋았고, 에어컨이나 선풍기조차 없어 매우 더웠습니다. 직원과 사장님 모두 친절했습니다.
