Nothing

The desk PC was not working and we have to wait like 30 minutes before check-in . Parking is a nightmare Guards and security guys has very bad attitude Room cleanleess level is less than one star I don't know how they promote their self 3 stars In addition to all this on the checkout day the elevator was out of service , I was with my old parents Wich I can't carry them on the stairs from the 3rd floor . We wait 6 hours for the elevator to work again .
