Room is spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was the only room issue. I booked this hotel because is close distance to Jett bus station (transportation to Petra and Dead Sea). The security person working there makes sure that you ride a safe taxi. I felt protected and safe walking in the neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops around including an English speaker pharmacist (few steps away) which it was helpful when I needed to buy cold medication.

Disco/club noise until 3:00 in the morning interrupted sleep

The interior of the reception was okay.

Hotel staff were not helpful, no one came to our taxi to help with our luggage. Hotel staff were just standing by watching. Then they mixed up our booking we booked a double bed room and they gave us a triple single bed room and said that they were fully booked. The key to our room didn’t work and they had to punch the keycard slot multiple times to get it to work. The bathrooms were absolute horrific. Limescale and mould in the bathrooms the shower heads were filthy there was hair all over the bathroom. Zero cleanliness. The kettle was also filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was put in the hotel room.
