Comfortable hotel. Good food, perhaps the main meal,would have liked a few more vegetables.

Room a little dark. No staff to help with suitcases.

Excellent accommodation with fine dining, comfortable and quiet bedrooms and the best service.

Amazing setting, lovely walks around the property. Very special hotel! The pub close to property serves great meals, a good option if you don't want to do fine dining at hotel. Reception staff were super friendly and attentive!

That the only dining option was fine dining and very expensive. An A la Carte menu would be great.

This was a beautiful property that we booked at the last minute. It exceeded any expectations we may have had. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens, etc..

Penmaenuchaf is a truly wonderful hotel. Situated on a hill surrounded by forested mountains, its a truly unique location. The grounds are beautiful and the building itself is a perfect blend of the new and old. The rooms are fitted immaculately with incredible views and comfortable bedding. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thanks to Christie and the team for making our stay more than we could have wished for!

I think that the restaurant, as good as it is, would be better served by lower prices and a more ‘relaxed” options. There are of course a couple of external venues that serve that purpose which you might advertise. Costs preclude enjoying the restaurant every night.
