Lovely property in the middle of town Ver nice staff, very good bar food, nice room and en-suite facilities

No kettle to make a hot drink ( I appreciate now this is standard in France etc) so bring a kettle with you if going from hotel to hotel plus mugs 👍 Only one flimsy pillow and no spares Over priced breakfast for example £30 for two tiny bowls of corn flakes ( we had 2 as we were starving) a yogurt and a not very nice cup of very strong coffee the cold meats didn’t look appetising

The comfort level and the clean rooms. Friendly staff and nice location. Free car parking is available.

Little far from the city by car.

The photos are nice and attractive. The welcome staff nice and helpful. But this stop here. We were so disappointed. - The bed for the kid was not made and we had to prepare it. - The baby bed was missing parts and not usable. At least the staff could recover a piece of wood. - Some furniture is totally broken and other missing (the fridge) - The room is very noisy: you have the ventilation of the kitchen from 5am to 24h. - Needless to say that not nice unless you spend your time at the bar ! - The room is too warm and no control on the temperature. There is nor breakfast on weekend! This is the most surprising. At least you need to make a deal with the bars and restaurants around. Or provide a coffee machine in the rooms. There was no staff for check out. As for the restaurant: - The welcoming is cold and almost inexistant - The staff is stressed and under pressure - When you ask for your drink, the answer is "I dont make them. You need to wait. There is a lot of people". When the restaurant has only 10 tables occupied! - The sign says "large choice of biers". But when you ask I would like to try something new they only propose "Carlsberg". Interesting for a bar. It is OK if you want to sit and chat with friends but this is not a restaurant. All this could be OK, if we were charges 90 and not 170. This is not really a hotel. But a room to sleep into. I had better in youth hostels.

It was a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The restaurant and bar were amazing, the food was tasty and the drinks delicious! Even tho it was a full house at that night we stayed in, you couldnt hear a single thing in your room, it was very quite!

I booked a room with bath. my room had no bath so we had to explore the other rooms with a member of staff to finally find a room with a bath, but the room was smaller than what I had booked. The fridge did not open. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned

Not much, very faded and run down, picked for location, but would have picked somewhere else for f I’d known
