Castle House Luxury Apartments

The location is fantastic - right across from the pond and within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shopping. The area was pretty quiet except for the airplanes taking off.

The facilities were okay - definitely a bit older. We also didn't love having to pay for parking during our stay. Street parking was very difficult to find the day we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage a few blocks. A dedicated parking space for guests would be ideal but I also understand the city dynamics. Just be aware that when you stay here, parking is not free.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We loved the heated bathroom floor. We liked the location that we were able to walk to shops, dining, and the pools.

Upon arrival the refrigerator was on the coldest setting. When I put expensive produce in there, it froze over night and was ruined. The apartment door was not properly closed after the cleaning person left on two occasions. When they leave, they need to check that the door is closed. Also there is a sign in the bathroom that if you don’t need your towels to be laundered leave them on the racks. Our towels were changed. So I am not sure why the sign is there if the staff doesn’t follow it.

Loved the apartment, the friendly and helpful staff and the location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Lovely apartment, walking distance to everything, including the bus station. Kitchen well stocked, nice sitting area, very comfortable beds.
