Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijke behulpzame mensen. Met een verrassende goeie keuken.

Het is nog een hele nieuwe locatie . Onze kamer had grote ramen enkelen prachtig uit over de weilanden. De locatie lag omringt door weilanden. We hadden een heerlijk groot bed en gezellige ruime kamer. Met nepresso koffie. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Bij het buffet alles te vinden.

Prima ontbijt

The hotel was lovely, the room was comfortable, and very clean. The views were amazing and it was lovely to watch the storks flying around and the swallows. Just beautiful and peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful. One recommendation would be to provide face flannels (Washandje) for washing with the nice gel bath/shower/shampooo you provide. We were at a festival for 2 days, and it would have been nice to have this to scrub off all the dirt and dust from the day.

It would have been nice to have included with the complimentary breakfast more plant based options (vegan). Your staff, specifically Lizette, was very helpful in checking the kitchen for some vegan yogurt for me. Some fresh chopped fruit and raw nuts, or some salad would be a nice addition. Having an option of fresh brewed DECAF coffee from your espresso machine (behind the bar) would also be nice, or have decaf added to your automated coffee machine, or at least have some DECAF coffee pods in the rooms. Instant decaf coffee is not very nice. Also, providing some DECAF black tea/Earl Grey would have also been nice to enjoy. It would be my recommendation to offer some sort of transport service to/from your hotel. Our train arrived at 10:30pm, which I had called the hotel several days before arriving to enquire about taxis or shuttle to you from the train station, and was told a taxi was no problem. Unfortunately, I called all taxi companies in the area and no one would pick us up or didn't answer the phone. Zoe, was amazing, and came and picked us up in her personal car to bring us to the hotel. Consider having your kitchen/wait staff use small tongs or gloves to handle the bread and when adding slices of lemon/lime/orange to a cocktail. They were just using their bare hands to do this. Not very sanitary or professional. Example: staff member was wiping tables with sanitizer, then grabbed croissants with hands to refill the basket, then made two glasses with ice and sliced oranges in glasses for us, but just picked up the fruit with her fingers. She never washed her hands between these duties. This is very basic health and safety around food. This is all visible for anyone to see. One recommendation I would say needs to be addressed. You want your guests to use the bread tongs and forks, but then your staff is using their hands to restock the bread, etc, it doesn't make sense.
