"Nice hotel, but poor breakfast service."

Very friendly staff at the reception, actually a pleasant hotel.

But: The breakfast service was poor, while the food selection was good. We had to wait twice 40-50 minutes for omelets, the first time it was served cold. The buffet was generally not replenished an hour before the end of breakfast time, even when requested. After complaining, the front staff was very friendly and accommodating, but not really an improvement afterwards.

Posizione centrale

Per essere un hotel di alta categoria, la reception è terribile. Una scrivania con sedie spaiate e poltrone vecchie e sporche. Receptionist lenta e confusa. Stanza arredata a caso, bagno ricavato dalla stanza piccolissimo e con parete di vetro che non garantisce privacy. Arredamenti della stanza poveri e messi insieme a caso. Colazione minima e poca scelta
