Very friendly reception staff who were very knowledgeable & helpful in recommending places to go/restaurants etc.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great food, wonderful location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our stay was wonderful.

The room was well decorated and cosy. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and food generally were fantastic. The location is very central.

My only complaint was that it was difficult to find out when the sauna and massages were available, but otherwise everything was great!

The breakfast was excellent with some very good cooked to order options. The location is perfect to explore Riga old town on foot. The complimentary private sauna was a fantastic addition to our stay and is very high quality.

The shower door seal did not work very well so the bathroom floor was always wet after using the shower.

Exceptional quality of stay! I have been pampered from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. All my requests were met politely and professionaly with great enthusiasm and a smile, which is so rare these days. My room was fantastic. Compliments to the owners and to the entire staff for their amazing and outstanding service!
