"Una Villa che ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un bell'albergo"

La struttura è molto curata, belli gli interni, il ristorante e le camere. Anche il personale è stato cordiale.

Il fatto che il parcheggio fosse su una strada staccata dalla struttura e non ci fossero le strisce pedonali per attraversare. un po' pericoloso.

Ontbijt was wat karig en bediening bij ontbijt kon beter. Persoonlijk hou ik er ook niet zo van dat honden toegelaten zijn.

"Een drie sterrenhotel dat vier sterren waard is."

Dit hotel is zeker zijn drie sterren meer dan waard. Er was voldoende keuze bij het ontbijt. Jammer dat het management slechts 1 personeelslid voorziet om alles bij te vullen. Als je om negen uur gaat ontbijten dan was er bv geen spek, roerei, gekookte eieren of toastbrood meer. Sommige personeelsleden waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Enkelingen waren dit echter minder zoals de vrouw aan de receptie op donderdagochtend 24/7.

Kamers en faciliteiten voldoen zeker voor een driesterrenhotel. Buiten het bijvullen van het ontbijt heb ik geen opmerkingen. Misschien dat de iets verdere ligging van het centrum een nadeel kan zijn.

Ontbijt was prima in orde. Zwembad met ligzetels en parasol aanwezig Parking aan overkant van hotel prima Prima uitvalbasis om naar Pistoa, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze te gaan.

Struttura molto elegante, staff giovane e cortese, ristorante ottimo, piscina e terrazza veramente accoglienti

L’unico problema è che la struttura è a fianco di un tornante della Porrettana e di giorno si sente un po’ di rumore (di notte no)

"Comfort and view near Pistoia"

Big room, super comfortable and big bed. Room was silent and the AC worked great. Amazing view over Pistoia. Staff was attentive and pleasant.

Breakfast was OK, not great, and closes at 9h30, which is too early for people who are on vacations. Toilet was not properly clean when we arrived.
