Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season. Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away. Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course. Shuttle service to Beach Comber at Stalida with reserved sunbeds for our guests. Please note that the hotel may preauthorize the credit card of guests. Breakfast of the signature (adults-only rooms) is served at the specially designed Breakfast Area in Signature Complex, with a limited drinks choice. Half board dinner may swap to lunch upon request in advance or during guests' stay. Lunch & Dinner is served only in Main Buffet Restaurant Natura in Esperides Main Complex. Drinks are excluded from the rate. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Big , comfy bed. Coffee machine In room. Toiletries. Wine & sweets & fruit in fridge.

Nightmare for disabled. Tall steps & slopes. I could not use our private pool . Difficult ladder steps. Same for public pool . I couldn’t go to the bar. High steps & no hand rail. Very expensive to buy drinks at dinner . No free water at dinner . Tiny cup coffee 4.5 euros. Felt ripped off. Resort is in a built up area. Our car parked in dusty building site garage.

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Das Resort ist extravagant gestaltet, toller Blick vom Zimmer und der Bar.

Die Standardzimmer sind fast zu klein.
