Please note that all hotel’s pools are seasonally heated, at the beginning and end of the summer season. Please note that a Medical center is 5 minutes away, while a general hospital is 30 minutes away. Please note that the property can arrange car rentals and schedule excursions to important Cretan sights, such as the archaeological site of Knossos. It is a 20-minute drive from the airport and only a 10-minute drive from the country's most prominent 18-hole golf course. Shuttle service to Beach Comber at Stalida with reserved sunbeds for our guests. Please note that the hotel may preauthorize the credit card of guests. Breakfast of the signature (adults-only rooms) is served at the specially designed Breakfast Area in Signature Complex, with a limited drinks choice. We had a very comfortable stay. The resort is not very big but the facilities are nice. The pool is warm. Towers and chairs are available. Food and drink were great.

L’hôtel est très beau et bien aménagé ! Bien insonorisé ! Le personnel est très accueillant et a été génial avec notre fils de 2ans ! Merci à toute l’équipe !!

Peut être un petit bémol sur la qualité des plats pour un 5 étoiles on espère un peu mieux ! Mais c’est quand même bon :)

Το περιβάλλον του ξενοδοχείου ήταν όμορφο. Είχε 2 πισίνες εξωτερικό γυμναστήριο και γιόγκα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και το καλωσόρισμα με την δροσερή πετσέτα και τον χυμό μήλου πολύ καλή πινελιά.

Έκλεισα premium suite με ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα. Σύμφωνα με τη περιγραφή το δωμάτιο θα έπρεπε να έχει καθιστικό ενώ το δωμάτιο που μου δόθηκε δεν είχε. Η πισίνα σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ήταν θερμαινόμενη, ήταν αρκετά βρόμικη και δεν ήταν απόλυτα ιδιωτική καθώς οποιοσδήποτε ανέβαινε τη σκάλα για τον επάνω όροφο μπορούσε να μας δει. Επιπλέον κυνηγούσα μια κατσαρίδα 15 λεπτά για να την σκοτώσω στο μπάνιο. Τέλος το είχα κλείσει ημιδιατροφή. Το φαγητό στο δείπνο και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραία αλλά θεωρώ απαράδεκτο το ότι έπρεπε να πληρώσω το νερό 4 ευρώ το μπουκάλι.
