"friendly staff"

At first we have found a lot of problems: bad ventilation, no windows in the room, unlighted areas in the coridoors, but later very friendly staff in the restoran and in the reception help us to forget all negative.

"Nice Hotel"

Really nice hotel, very friendly staff. The rooms were ok, the main problem we had is the system for hot water, it takes few minutes to get hot water and if you want to mix it than the boiler is switched off automatically. Despite that the service was great, they have very good underground parking place, the reception is very friendly and the breakfast is ok as well. i recommend this place for a short stay in novi sad

"Exceptional"

The hotel is in a great location, close to city central plaza and open market. Some rooms are on a noisy street. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Make sure to ask how to get hot water in the shower.
