Very welcoming and convenient

I really liked my stay, the hotel was simple yet clean and very close to the grotto. The proprietor was very helpful and very nice. Very good value.

value for money

when you open your window, you could hear people talking either from the street below or from the other rooms. normally, it's ok during the day but not acceptable after 10pm. there were a few people smoking from the street below which I could smell from my room. but when the windows are closed, sound proofing is still good.
