Excellent hosts who were really friendly and welcoming. Great location right next to the pleasure beach train station and theme park. Plenty of space to park. Room had everything I needed and was very good value.

The owners was lovely. Welcomed us in, told us abt the place and the rules. The room was clean and the bed was soo comfy x

"Great stay at friendly blackpool hotel"

Friendly hosts and great communication. Location was great. The room and general hotel areas were all clean and well presented. Liked how there was ironing boards and buckets and spades for children - everything was made to feel like a home from home feel. Plenty of plug sockets and towels included. Bed was very comfortable and slept very well. Room was very quiet. Free WiFi in room. All round a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend.

Being really picky, there was no shower gels provided. Aside from that all was fantastic.
