Relais Villa Valfiore

Food was great, great coffee, beautiful garden room, fabulous pool area and service. My only issue was that my 2 year old hasnt an understanding of noise yet, and we were asked to 'shh' at the pool, my son is 2 and therefore does not understand this, with all due respect, I found this quite upsetting and stressful, he was talking and not shouting just giggling having fun in the pool, this was the only spoiler. However, apart from this the food, staff and whole place was lovely! Would highly reccomend.

Schöne, saubere Anlage mit tollem Pool, geräumige Tiefgarage, sehr gutes Restaurant mit äußerst freundlichem Personal zu guten Preisen. Für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltiges Frühstück, frisches Obst , viel Süßes, leider viele Dinge (Marmelade, Joghurt, Müsli) nur abgepackt.

Leider wurden wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht, fühlten uns dort wie abgeschoben. Dort kein Lift, auch keine Hilfe für das Gepäck. Damen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück nur eingeschränkt freundlich. Hygieneartikel vorhanden , aber leider nur in kleinen Plastikbehältern. Am Pool lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person, die Bettwäsche dagegen wird nach zwei Tagen unserer Meinung nach unnötigerweise gewechselt. Der schöne Park ist nachts nur teilweise beleuchtet, Rückweg zum Nebenhaus zum Teil im Dunklen. Geräusche von der nahen Straße tagsüber recht laut.
