Siora Vittoria Boutique Hotel

It's a characterful old building with a pretty garden, charmingly old-fashioned but more "shabby chic" than luxurious. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet options were all fresh and delicious. We stayed in the "fortress suite" under the roof, and we loved the privacy and view from the window. The large bed was very comfortable, with a fluffy duvet and lots of pillows. Location is central and excellent for walking around. Taxis can pull up outside which is great when you have heavy luggage. There's a small lift, but note there's a further awkward narrow flight of stairs to access the top suite room.

Even though we booked it last minute at a discount, we felt it was overpriced. It could be improved by small touches, like better coffee making facilities in the room, more information in a folder in the room, and a blackout blind over the small window above the bed. I was woken very early by light streaming onto my pillow. The shower is over the bath so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are no mosquito screens installed. Despite the above, I really enjoyed our one night staying here :)

The location is a 2-min walk to Old Town! There was a tub in the bathroom which was a huge pleasant surprise! The property was small and quaint and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. I loved staying there.

The hotel has a lot of character and elegance, with a refined boutique atmosphere that fits perfectly with the spirit of Corfu. The location was very convenient and central, while still being slightly removed from the busiest tourist squares and crowded Venetian streets, which gave it a more peaceful and authentic feel. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the special penthouse room with a wonderful view overlooking the fortress and the Old Town, which made the stay even more special. The room amenities were very good, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was also well maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, warm, and professional. Communication before our arrival was excellent, and they gave us many useful recommendations and pieces of advice throughout our stay.

Because we stayed in the penthouse room, we had to climb an additional flight of fairly steep spiral stairs after taking the elevator. While understandable given the building’s historic nature, it was not particularly convenient, especially with luggage. The WiFi in the room was also somewhat slow and patchy at times. In addition, the TV channel selection was very limited, with perhaps only one English-language channel available.
