Villa Fiorita

As toalhas não foram trocadas e era de baixa qualidade, o quarto não foi limpo, lixo não foi retirado e quarto arrumado durante as 4 diárias. O local é em uma avenida e com barulho, mas é local de fácil acesso para a cidade.

Convenient location: easy walking access via the “Risalita Stazione”, a set of escalators that connect the Siena Stazione FS to the street where the hotel is located. We had a delay during our trip to Siena, what forced us to arrive later than the regular check-in time: thanks to the empathy and excellent communication with the property manager, we were able to check in remotely and everything went well.

Accueil mitigé

Séjour très agréable dans une maison ancienne avec beaucoup de charme. La literie était très confortable, et la salle de bain bien équipée et fonctionnelle L’accueil était agréable, et la propriétaire réactif aux messages et autres Je recommande

No air conditioning in the room. Difficult to sleep during night with high temperatures, the owner at least provided a fan. It goes without saying, a place in central Siena providing accommodation should have air conditioning fitted as a minimum. Everything else was fine.

The host was very kind and very responsive. Very convenient to the station and grocery stores. There a little moisture smell in the room and the stairs could have been advised in advance. We were given third floor and weren’t prepared for the stairs with luggage’s.

No elevator, traveling with large heavy suitcases was a torture. Hotel close at 7:30 PM, would have never chose it if it was specified on Website.

O quarto é bem grande para os padrões da Europa. Cama confortável, chuveiro quente. Tudo estava bem limpo Havia mais coberta, que não utilizamos Fica so segundo andar sem elevador, mas a escada é tranquila
